Board Meeting Minutes
April 12, 2006

Attendance: Kevin Ketchum, Teresa Graves, Jesse Kenyon, Anna Naples, Sharon Wheeler, Marsha Olson, Jim Bury

The meeting began at 7 p.m.

Covenants:
Everyone should look over the proposed covenants in the next couple of weeks, and email comments to Kevin by April 21. The revised version of the covenants will go out with the newsletter. Following the mailing, we will do a walk-around and try to obtain signatures. Kevin will send a PDF of the newsletter to Board members to review.

Architectural Guidelines:
The Board looked at the architectural guidelines and gave suggestions to Jim. Additional comments should be emailed to Jim and cc: other board members.

Jim will email the contract with CAS to Board members.

We will ask Alan to send a report monthly about what he finds on his monthly drive-thru. Anna will draft a template to give to Alan.

Subdivision Meet & Greet:
We will try to coordinate the meet and greet after the newsletter has been mailed.

Website:
We will table the discussion about the website until our next meeting.
