Kevin Ketchum is no longer able to keep up with the responsibilities as the Homeowners Association President.  Board member Jesse Kenyon has stepped in as acting president.  We welcome a new member on the Board of Directors, Dann Graves.

There were service requests that were recently submitted on July 28th and the road resurfacing work that was completed by the City of Durham Public Works Department was excellent!  After several complaints were submitted to the management company, CAS also contacted the City of Durham and their request for road surface improvements on Thistlerock were approved by the Director of Public Works for the City of Durham, Katie Kalb, PE.
