Marbrey Landing is a residential community consisting of 160 single family homes.  Marbrey Landing was initially established in 1996 and was developed in multiple phases until 2002.  We're located within the Durham City limits in the southeastern region of Durham County, several miles north of Research Triangle Park and west of the Raleigh Durham International Airport.

The Marbrey Landing Homeowners Association is staffed by volunteer members of the Marbrey Landing community and managed by Community Association Services, Incorporated (CAS, Inc.) with offices located throughout the state of North Carolina.  The Marbrey Landing Homeowners Association, Inc. serves our community for the purpose of enhancing and protecting the value and desirability of our community.

CAS is a 25-year-old company specializing in the management of condominium, town home, and homeowner associations.  CAS, Inc. is an Accredited Association Management Company, one of only 112 in the United States, a member in good standing of the Community Association Institute, the national organization for homeowners associations and the Carolinas Chapter of the Institute.
